BRISKET TACOS

SO EASY TO MAKE! JUICY BEEF BRISKET SHREDS BEAUTIFULLY AND COMBINES WITH QUESO, SALSA, OR CILANTRO FOR A DELICIOUS BEEF BRISKET TACO.

Cooking a brisket in a slow cooker means that you can easily start this in the morning, go about your day, and have an easy taco night dinner with very little hands on.

- beef brisket - apple cider vinegar - onion   - garlic powder - salt - black pepper - beef broth - tortillas - queso blanco - limes - cilantro - red onion

Ingredients

In a small mixing bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Get started!

Place beef brisket in large bowl, and rub marinade over all.

Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.

What's next?

Set beef brisket and marinade in slow cooker, and add beef broth. Set crockpot to low and cook on low for 8 hours.

Remove brisket to a plate and shred with 2 forks. Serve on warm tortillas and choice of toppings.
