Fudgy Brownie Bites with White Chocolate
Moist and fudgy, these brownie bites are a perfect treat! White chocolate throughout gives it a kick up another notch, too!
Soft, moist, fudgy and super easy brownies. Add a glass of cold milk, or a cup of your favorite tea and we are in business!
All purpose flour Salt Cocoa powder Baking powder Butter Sugar Eggs Vanilla Milk White chocolate chips
Preheat oven and prepare mini muffin pan.
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a medium sized bowl and mix together.
In a mixer on medium speed, beat sugar and eggs until creamy.
Add melted butter to sugar and eggs, and mix well.
Alternate adding dry ingredients with the milk, mixing after each addition.
Stir in white chocolate chips.
Bake in 350° oven until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely on cooling rack.
This recipe will make 48 mini muffin sized brownie bites. If you want to make them larger, you can make 24 muffin sized brownies, or 24 brownies baked in a 9×13 pan.
