Save loads of time and cook them from frozen! You’ll love these tasty buffalo wings that are super easy in the Instant Pot.

If you love hot wings, you are indeed gonna love this recipe! Of all the instant pot recipes I have tried, used, and loved, this has to be one of my favorites!
What makes this recipe so easy to do is that you can use either fresh or FROZEN chicken wings. That’s right, stick a pile of frozen chicken wings on the trivet, cook on high pressure, and in less than 45 minutes, you’ll have an easy appetizer, snack food, or finger food for the whole family.
What is buffalo chicken?
It generally refers to chicken that has been smothered in hot sauce. Wing sauces can range in level of heat, from more mild like Franks Hot sauce to “make you cry” sauce with Serrano or habanero peppers.

Can you really make chicken wings in the Instant Pot?
Absolutely! The Instant Pot is amazing! It’ll cook the wings from frozen, with a hands off approach. There is no risk of burning the wings, and very little risk of undercooking them as well.
Of course, you can use this recipe in any pressure cooker, not just the Instant Pot. The cooking time may vary slightly, so check the manufacturer’s times and adjust accordingly.
