- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar

- 3 Tablespoons yeast
- 6 Cups flour
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions:
- In a bowl combine milk, oil, brown sugar, salt and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes or until foamy.
- Add 4 cups flour and with the help of a spatula mix it until you have a shaggy dough. Add more flour, ½ cup at a time and blend until you have a soft ball. Knead by hand for 10 minutes until a smooth soft ball is formed.
- Lightly grease a bowl, place the dough inside and cover with a cloth. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Gently deflate the dough, form a rectangle and cut 15 pieces. With the help of your hands for small balls.
- Place in a greased baking pan, cover again and let rise at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. After the 30 minutes have passed, brush the rolls with melted butter and take to the oven.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and shiny.
