strawberries, red onions, and spinach in white bowl

Strawberries and spinach just seem to scream “Summer” to me. The sweet berries blend well with the savory, peppery, flavor of fresh spinach. Add the bite of red onions, topped with the crunch of walnuts and the creamy of the mozzarella cheese and you have a summer strawberry salad that will please nearly anyone’s taste buds!

Strawberries are loaded with Vitamin C, and can help your body absorb the iron in the spinach. This makes it a healthy choice, too.
